For the purposes of this Acknowledgement and Release, “Lottery Activities” means any activity related to the design, production, manufacture, distribution, sale, prize payment, regulation, or investigation of lottery tickets.
I hereby release and forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless WCLC and its retailers, AGLC, MBLL, Saskatchewan Lotteries, Lotteries Yukon, NWT and Nunavut Lotteries, NWT Sport and Recreation Council, Sport North, Northwest Territories Lottery Commission, WCLC advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, members, employees and agents from any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses, injuries, delays, accidents, expenses or any other liabilities arising in any manner from my participation in this contest or the awarding, acceptance or use of any prize awarded in this contest.
If I am declared a winner in the contest, I hereby grant WCLC and its agents the right to use and publish my name, city or town of residence, photograph and statements at any time, and from time to time, in connection with the contest for the purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion in any matter or media, all without compensation other than the prize awarded.
This document shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
